Magdalena Markiewicz as HSCALE’s new Chief Financial Officer

We’re proud to welcome Magdalena Markiewicz as HCALE’s new Chief Financial Officer and member of the management team.

Magdalena is a seasoned executive with a strong track record in strategic financial leadership and deep expertise across infrastructure, renewables, and real assets. Her international experience spans corporate finance and capital markets, with previous roles at leading global investment banks and professional services firms in London and New York.

Since 2018, she has served as CFO and Board Director at Eelpower Limited, where she led multiple capital raises, oversaw the delivery and operations of major UK battery energy storage projects, and significantly strengthened the company’s financial governance and funding structure.

Magdalena holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a BA from Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Her passion for innovation and operational excellence aligns perfectly with HSCALE’s mission to deliver next-generation, sustainable data centre infrastructure.

As HSCALE continues to grow, Magdalena’s leadership will be instrumental in shaping our financial strategy and long-term vision.
