HSCALE shortlisted for Legal Transaction of the Year

We are delighted to share that HSCALE has been shortlisted for Legal Transaction of the Year in Digital Infrastructure at the Platform Global Awards 2026.
The nomination recognises HSCALE’s work to advance digital infrastructure through transactions that bring together strategic ambition, legal expertise and effective execution.
In general, digital infrastructure projects are rarely straightforward. They require multiple teams to navigate a complex combination of commercial, legal, regulatory and operational considerations. All the while maintaining focus on the long-term needs of customers and the markets they serve.
Our shortlisted transaction supports HSCALE’s continued growth in Milan, an increasingly important destination for hyperscale data centre development. It represents another significant step in our ambition to build sustainable, high-quality digital infrastructure across key international markets.
While we cannot share every detail behind the transaction, its successful completion reflects a considerable collective effort. It required close collaboration across HSCALE and with our investors, partners and advisers. We are pleased to see the expertise and commitment of everyone involved recognised by the Platform Global judging panel.
For a growing company like HSCALE, being shortlisted alongside respected organisations from across the industry is a proud moment. It reflects not only what we have achieved, but also the disciplined and collaborative way in which our team approaches complex opportunities.

The winners will be announced at the Platform Global Awards in Antibes on 8 September 2026. And we are looking forward to joining colleagues and peers from across the digital infrastructure community to celebrate the innovation and progress shaping our industry.
